Returns and Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of odors, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Exchanges & Order Changes:
Final Sale Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: custom or personalized items, gift cards, sale or clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue and a clear photos item and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an items was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non- refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment within 5- 10 business days.
Refund Processing:
Because many So Angelic pieces are handcrafted, limited- edition, or produced in small batches, slight variations may occur and are considered part of every items uniqueness.
Shipping Policy
Processing:
2-5 Business days. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2-5 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during product launches, sales or high volume periods.
Pre- orders:
2-4 Weeks. Pre-order items are handcrafted or sourced in limited quantities and may require additional production time. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available,
Tracking and Delivery:

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary during launches, holidays, or special events. Please allow up to 24-48 hrs for tracking information to update.
So Angelic is not responsible for delays caused by: Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, holidays, customs delays (if international shipping is added later), incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, So Angelic is not responsible for lost, stolen , or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly and file a claim is necessary.
